There has been some confusion, I believe, in the different between printing and copyright release. As I am portfolio building, I am selling the disk of photos to you. Included with that, is the print release. IT gives you the right to print the photos off of the disk at a place in town, or at a online site.
The copyright belongs to me. I use the photos in my portfolio. I shoot them, I edit them, and you print. Easy peasy for everyone (well, more you than me, but that's why I'm the photographer ;))
I post most of the finished photos on facebook. It's great advertising, and it allows you and your friends/family to view your photos. I have NO issue you with tagging yourself if I haven't already. and seeing profile photos that I have taken make my heart sing. But I'd like to ask you this: Please do not crop or cut out my logo. It makes the photos look more distorted than facebook already does, and a lot of the time, the way I shoot/edit it, is the way that looks best.
For the record: editing or changing my photos in ANY way is copyright infringement. It's wrong. Please don't do it.
Just thought I'd tap this out before I crash. I really appreciate you taking the time to read it.
If there's anything specific you want done to your photos that I haven't done already, talk to me about, and I'm sure we can work something out. :)
